Small Group Training

Workout in the private gym in a small group of 4 people!!

No experience necessary. If you're new to the gym, you're in the right place. Our trainer, Courtney, will take you through a variety of equipment use, teach the basics of safe equipment and gym use 101, all while giving a dynamically well rounded workout. 

 

Commit to yourself to 4 classes, once weekly for four weeks!

Bring some water and wear workout sneakers. You can sign up solo or with a friend (depending on availability). This is a great place to make new friends in a judgment-free and supportive fitness space.
