This plan is also perfect for somebody that needs a bit of guidance and does well working out on their own or does other
physical activity.

This package gives you one 50 minute private, personal training session per week. You will get a customized workout plan during your sessions and to use outside of training to meet your needs
and goals.

2x Weekly SEssions

$575 per Month

This plan is great for somebody who needs help getting motivated or needs extra accountability getting them to workout out regularly.

This package is also great for someone who wants to take their fitness to the next level or reach their goals faster!

This package gives you two 50 minute private, personal training sessions per week. You will get a customized workout plan during your sessions and to use outside of training to meet your needs
and goals.

Training

Partner Training
1x week

$500 per month ($250 per person)

Want to train with your spouse, friend, family member, or co worker? This is the plan for you! 

While still getting a workout plan that is designed specifically for you, you'll still workout together!

Each partner training session is unique depending on your goals, history, and requests.
