I'm here to help you "find your fit!" 

As a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for over 10 years, I know there are many ways to exercise and it's my job to find what works for you! Our bodies and lives are all so different so each workout is designed specifically for YOU! Whether you have an active or sedentary lifestyle, previous injuries that have hindered movement, or fears that have created barriers- I am here to make sure you have a fitness routine that enhances your life! I know that life throws us some curveballs, but I firmly believe that when we take care of ourselves, particularly our bodies, we can keep doing what we love in life. My purpose is to help every client live their happiest and healthiest lives! 

Unlike a lot of people, I was lucky enough to start my fitness journey at a young age. I grew up playing sports, dancing, and my mom was an aerobics instructor... so movement was a part of my upbringing! Which led me to my love for the gym and working at multiple rec centers and graduating with my Bachelors in Exercise Science from Rowan University in 2014 and then my Masters in Public Health at the University of Western Kentucky in 2016. During my studies, I gained as much knowledge and trainings as possible- and I continue to do so!

 

My certifications include ACSM Personal Trainer, ACE Group Exercise Instructor, Certified Functional Strength Coach, 200 Hour Yoga Teacher, Barre, TRX, Cycle, BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyAttack, mat Pilates, and I have even done Zumba, Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga, and Pink Gloves Boxing! It's hard to say that I have a 'niche' because I really enjoy all aspects of fitness. I strive to have a variety of training so that I can use everything in my toolbelt to help anyone reach their goals! I am the kind of trainer that you need me to be!
